OUR QUALITY TEAM
BEC's Quality Department is made up of academically trained food technologists who, through experience and dedication, specialize in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and technological consultancy. They constantly strive to provide answers to your questions by maintaining intensive relationships with our suppliers and keeping their own knowledge up to date. In 2014, they participated in the new pan-European food safety qualification program, which led to their accreditation as EU-recognized food safety specialists.
QUALITY STANDARDS
BEC serves the customer with 100% organic food ingredients, certified by Skal. We are certified to the BRC Global Standard for food safety, including voluntary modules 12 (public module AOECS Gluten Free Foods) and 8 (public module Commercial Goods). These programs ensure a reliable supply of high quality products that are fully suitable and safe for our customers' intended end uses and meet all regulatory requirements.

GENERAL QUALITY STATEMENT
Our products:
Comply with relevant EU food laws and regulations.
They are organic, in accordance with Council Regulations EC 834/2007 and 889/2008 or in accordance with the USDA National Organic Program.
They are handled and produced under hygienic conditions.
They are free from contamination in accordance with EC 1881/2006, as amended.
They comply with EU organic legislation 834-2007, 889-2008 on pesticide residues, as interpreted in the guidelines of the Bundesverband Naturkost Naturwaren (BNN).
They are not irradiated.
They do not contain ingredients or additives derived from or produced using GMOs or their derivatives, and all reasonable measures have been taken to avoid contamination by GMOs or their derivatives. Since GMO pollen is present in the air, contamination cannot be 100% excluded. Therefore, the maximum level of 0.9% specified in the Organic Regulation applies.
Are packed in suitable packaging material (food grade), clean and undamaged.
